Central California Endoscopy Center is contracted with all major insurance carriers in the area.  If your insurance company requires pre-authorization for your procedure you should check with the office of the physician who will be performing your procedure to assure that this authorization has been obtained.  Failure to obtain required authorization prior to your procedure may result in a large patient responsibility for payment.
